Lilac pharma and Nippon Shokubai has been jointly developing various types of liposomes in cosmetics. Nippon Shokubai is one of the global chemical company in Japan.

The below is our first product, “High concentration liposome”

The particle size is controllable. The cosmetic ingredients will be encapsulated into the particle.

Pre-treatment of the artificial skin with the liposome decreases the permeability of the small molecule, indicating that the liposome has skin protection effect. The horizontal axis and the vertical axis indicate time (min) and caffeine amount (mg) passed through the artificial skin, respectively. The orange line and the blue line are the result with and without caffeine, respectively.
